The Asia Capital Investment Fund (ACIF) was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 25th September 2017, as an exempted company limited by shares and registered as a segregated portfolio company (a “SPC”). A SPC is a single legal entity which is permitted to create one or more segregated portfolios and allocate its assets and liabilities to different segregated portfolios within the company. Any assets or liabilities linked to one segregated portfolio will be separated from the assets or liabilities of other segregated portfolios of a SPC or the general assets of a SPC.
